If you are 67 or older, receiving less than around £200 a week from state and private pensions, you maybe entitled to Pension Credit. As well as extra money each week, it enables you to access other financial help too including council tax reduction, housing benefit, free NHS dental treatment and more.

You have to apply for Pension Credit, you will not automatically get it. It is not ‘credit’ – you don’t have to pay it back.
