If you are an existing client of the Trust and were invited to collect a supermarket voucher from us, but were unable to do so, please arrange to collect it within the next few weeks. You need to come to see us at the Community Healthy Hub in the Council offices, next to the Arena, from 10am – 12.30pm any Wednesday in January or February. Please bring proof of who you are, and your invitation letter if you still have it. If you are unable to come in person, please ask a family member or friend to collect it: you’ll need to write them a note confirming that you give your permission.
