Representatives of charities and community organisations supporting older residents of St Albans District are invited to attend the launch of an exciting new £50,000 fund on Monday 26 January 4-6pm at the Jubilee Centre, Catherine Street, St Albans, AL3 5BU.
Through the new Grace Muriel Legacy Fund small grants programme, constituted community groups, charities and other organisations which provide activities and services for residents aged 60 or over in the St Albans District, can apply for grants of up to £5,000. Projects must reduce older residents’ financial distress, support their physical health, their mental health or their general wellbeing.
